  • To schedule a group on a day other than our normal play time (Saturday 10-6, Sunday 2-6), you must have at least 10 players and we must have a $100 deposit. We will have to arrange for a staff, so the reservation will not be confirmed until you have recieved a call from us.


  • Group discounts only apply to groups on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (normal open times) unless the group is 20 players or more.


  • To guarantee availabilty of rentals, we will need a non-refundable deposit. You can either call 270-792-6246 and give credit card number, stop by the field, or send in a check to 2101 Morgantown Rd. The credit card will not be ran unless you do not show. A paid deposit will simply come off your total bill at the end of the day. It is possible to reschedule reservations if necessary.


  • If your number of participants changes, please let us know so we can properly prepare for your group.
